Refund and Cancellation Policies

Return Policy: Our time frame is 72 hours only. Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange if product delivery exceeds 48 hours.

Merchandise that's damaged, defective, or incorrect is acceptable for return. Additionally, the product must be in its original packaging with tags intact.

Order Update Policy: You can update the item within 12 hours of order placement. Once the time limit overextends, no request for an order update shall be received.

Additional non-returnable items:

* For some of the personal care and wellness products

We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase to process your return. Please don't return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some circumstances in which only partial refunds are allowed: (If applicable)

* Any object that, for reasons not related to our error, is not in its original state, is damaged, or is missing pieces.

* Any product returned after the first 72 hours of delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

From our end you’ll receive an email to informing you that we have received your returned item after it being approved and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be conveyed to you by us. Your refund will be processed as a credit note if your return is accepted. One can redeem these credit notes in their upcoming purchases.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you didn't receive a return yet, it is advisable to double-check your bank account details.

Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it consume some time for the refund to appear on your account.

Contact your bank regarding the problem. As there is some processing time before a refund fully reflects on your account.

After these steps, if the problem persists and you have not received a refund yet. Kindly contact customer services.

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, only regular-priced items are suitable to return; sale items are not eligible.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Only defective or damaged items are subject to replacement. Contact us if you want to exchange for the same thing.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your merchandise to 45/8 Site 4, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad (UP), India.

The expense of your shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund only if you receive one.

The time frame for the exchanged item to get to you will depend on where you reside. If the shipment package costs more than $75, you might want to use a trackable shipping service or get shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we'll get your returned item.

Cancellation Policy:

Once the website accepts and confirms the order placement, one cannot cancel the product later.

Payment Methods

since the orders are prepaid, Payments are collected before the processing, packing, and shipping all purchases.

We accept wire transfers, direct bank transfers, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Pay Pal, and other payment methods. Credit cards and personal checks will not be accepted.

Note:

You must send wire transfers TO THE BENEFICIARY AT NO COST.

Customers are requested to mail a copy of the payment confirmation for Direct Deposit payments to our [email protected] address.

A credit card authorization form should be completed, signed, and returned by the cardholder for any credit card orders totalling of $500 or more or with a different bill-to and ship-to address.

For payments up to $5000.00, we accept credit cards. It is advisable to make the payments via wire transfer or a payment gateway for orders over $5000.00.
