Rosemary is woody perennial herb that has evergreen fragrant needle like leaves. Botanically identified as Rosmarinus officinalis, Rosemary is a habitat of Mediterranean region and belongs to Lamiaceae family of Lamiales order. It is angiosperm that produces numerous color ranges of flowers. Depending on the type of species Rosemary bears white to pink or purple to blue colored flowers. This decorative plant grows about 1.5 meters to 2 meters and has aromatic lush green leaves similar to pine leaves. They are needle like, just 2- 5 mm broad and long about 1.6 inches long.
